Red Dragon, comments?

This movie was so fricking awesome it blew my mind. The surround sound keeps you in long enough to be snatched into the movie's awesomity (my word, or I get royalties!). The plot, the ending, the twists, scares, oh my! I haven't seen a movie this good since Braveheart! Please, share your comments!

Heck yeah, the third of the "Silence of the Lambs" trilogy. The order in appearance is "Silence of the Lambs", "Hannibal" and "Red Dragon". Red Dragon is set before "Silence of the Lambs". Watch it or read it! Holy crap.

If you've seen the others, you will have the general idea. But if you haven't:

Hannibal Lector is a cannibal (Hannibal the cannibal) and when he kills his victims he feeds them to guests without their knowing. He gets caught by Will Graham, now hero cop. Now there is a new killer stalking the streets. He is an insane killer that admires Hannibal. Now Will Graham must get help from Hannibal, whom he caught, to catch this guy.

p.s. Hannibal is put into a facility where whackos go, and lives behind a clear glass wall with holes to talk through.

Red Dragon is a remake of the original Manhunter. Which is based on the book Red Dragon. ??? It had some weird guy as Hanible and the cop is that guy from C.S.I. - Frank Grissom (on CBS) i love that show... ;D

Yeah, I heard Red Dragon is amazing. I liked Silence of the Lambs, actually on the best thriller movies I have seen. I haven't seen Hannibal yet, but well, you have to see them all... :).

yeah red dragon was really good but one bit that i didnt get was when hannibal dialled that number by hanging up the phone what was with that ???

i havent seen the new Red Dragon movie yet but I'm assuming you ment he was rapidly pushing down the hangup part of the phone, and placed a call...

thats an old trick how to get a free phone call out of old pay phones that required you to put coins in before the tone buttons would work.

every seen the option on a home phone that says tone or pulse? well all pulse is the line disconnecting and reconnectiing very fast, not long enuff to break the line just to dail the numbers...

each click is a number... ie. one click is number 1 on the keypad and ten clicks is the number 0 on the key pad

you have to do a slight pause in between the numbers. try it some times its a alright party trick... practice at home calling the operatior, pick up phone and click the hang up button 10 times... wait and see if you get the operatior.

then try directory assistance 411. four clicks pause one click pause one click...

i can do ten digit dailing ;D area code plus the number ;D

im not histry buff but im guessing back in the old days when ppl would grab the phone and click like crazy then say "hello operatior give me klondike 8546" it was basily the same thing pulse dialing to get the operatior...

also if you go to jail and they have the locked keypads,after the guard dials the number and locks the pad you can hang up and dail with clicks and call who you want ;D
