The Westwood Tournament Rules say they should have been permanetnly banned.

Guys on Xvayne's Cheaters List don't get a second chance, they get *unlimited* chances to cheat as long as they want, as everyone now knows. New months don't mean cheaters are off the hook - only on a Cheater's List would such a thing be said. ::)

Nav, here's a hypothetical situation for ya; What should happen when somebody speeds? Should they have their license revoked forever, or should they be punished for the specific incident? (a ticket) Same deal for cheating. We can't keep tabs, IP addresses and serial numbers on cheaters because we don't have the power. It's like the saying, "Do the crime, do the time". In this case the crime is cheating in any given month, and the time is being left off the list in that month.

This is cracking me up. Xvayne's own words have condemned him in this thread, and all of endo/PIG must have gathered in a game and brainstormed for hours about what to post about me to attempt to make their cheating look good. ;D

cheating is not a minor crime like speeding. it's more like a grand felony.

and a certain endo members has done it on more than half a dozen occasions and still he is a "Winner" on Xvayne's List.

Cheaters should be left off EVERY month. Cheating in Emperor is not a minor thing to overlook every new month as if nothing happens and the ONLY ones who don't agree with that are cheaters and cheater-advocates.

Plus you guys KNOW the nick of almost all the cheaters such as aviade and elite47 so you are hypocritical to say you can't keep track of the IPs because even when you know with 100% certainty who has cheated, you still put them on xvayne's list.

1) Do you admit to harassing people on WOL? If so that is cheating, and you are now a cheater. If not, we will find proof to call you a cheater AND a liar.

2) How is Hydrodoc,Nuer0tica,Ace and so on considered a cheater. There was absolutely *NO* proof to call them a cheater(which is against the rules here at Fed2k, you're breaking more of them)and you have yet to show some.

3) Have you lied to any of us? If so,that is unchristian(which makes what you said about being Christian a contradiction). If not, I will find evidence in your own words and make proof of you lying.

4) If you are so Christian, then why did you call Earedil a sodomite... which also would be very unchristianly especially considering that you have no proof of that and that it was only because he liked a movie.

5) You are not an employee of westwod therefor you have no right to change rules and enforce them. Do you admit to changing the rules on the winners list? If so it has no credibilty(with fake and made-up rules) and you are now corrupting the winners list system.

But the thing is its hard to say when someone is a die-hard cheater or when someone accidentally multinicks (ie elite, marcel).

Earth game just looks boring to me, and the fact that you would have to pay to play is horrid. I think ww saw have pop pso was for dreamcast, with the pay to play. But thats only worked because that was the first real online game for a console system, and people never really played online with console till then, and were willing to pay for it. PC games have been online free for years, so the pc crowd is use to free games.

When I saw the thread's subject, I almost could guess what posts would be in it.

A few things:

1) When ever there is a ladder system, no matter who runs it, people will always complian.

2) Westwoods ladder system will change in fan made ladders. If a fan decides to make a ladder system and you do not like it (for whatever reason), create your own. Whatever you do, do not flame ones effort to make a fan made ladder.

I'm not taking any sides here, but every month it's the same old story over and over and over and over again. It get's boring. Don't like it, make your own !!
