actually they are used all the time. Usually so a person can fix a software problem without having to drive all the way out somewhere. He or she can do it from their own computer. My brother has it and has saved a lot of people's asses.lol

Oh, you mean that thing to directly connect to a person's comp with some verification thing? lol...i thought he meant...umm..."something" else.... :)

Theres a program for that kinda stuff on Windows XP Professional

Thank you gob for what i was about to say.

Norton pcAnywhere does work well, also, if you upgrade to windows XP, it comes with remote access desktop, which works the same.
