If she was in love with Paul, why was she in on the plot to overthrow him as emperor... and why did she stay in the house after his "death"? I figured she would go back to the remaining Corrinos.

When he died she realized how much she loved him. And she stayed on Arrakis to take care of the children. I've gotten that far into the book so far ;D
