what was the topic again? Something about spaceships right? I suppose if an alien species were to be able to build ships capable of bridging time-space, then they would have some intelligence. The aliens from Alien are not really advanced in the mental capacity, but in a physical sense, they are perfect.

Who knows What will happen in the future maybe the Human race will be fighting over Spice melange on a Dune like world. With a Harkonnen like race and Atreides ( No not the humans they will be perfect for being harkonnen )

dune is much more realistic. For example, when all sci fi novels at the time involved laser guns, dune made a twist and came up with a fault for them. It doesn't involve green, boogly eyed aliens and to me seams a lot more realistic and likely to happen.

Besides maybe there are more humanlike races. For example the Ordos, Maybe they have white skin's ( totaly white ) Harkonnen maybe have very wild hair and have a love/are very superior with fighting.

Just like in the Serie's

Team mates? This is not Counter strike. In real life we call our "Team mates" Comrades.

It depends if your Comrades die, For example the Leadership of the Squad leader. The Risk  of the Mission
