Seems to do freaking nothing... I followed it with Cheat Engine, but the value is not read and it looks like the location keeps changing, so perhaps I didn't get the right one.

 

In Skirmish.uil add below:

....

SetFromUIValueU1To gNetWorms
END_MULTISTATEBOX

 

this:

CHECKBOX concrete //or whatever you want to name it

 

The checkbox changes gNetConcrete option and uses the images Cicon and Cicondn.

if yes please tell what happened..

Note that some element being available in the UI options is no indication that there was ever actual game code implemented for it...

yeah I checked it out..

it's just a button with no wires to change stuff..

Another hidden feature not being used. Well, at least I never heard of it before. Game draw. Problem is, it's not really activated I think. I can't get it to accept the draw. It only displays it, the other player (tested LAN) doesn't even get the option. :dry:

The code does contain the possible game ending:

offset aEnd_statusDraw ; "END_STATUS : DRAW GAME

It even has this game ending (know idea what it is):

offset aEnd_statusWash ; "END_STATUS : WASH GAME"

Im not sure but wasnt the draw working through WOL? I think both players had to press D to get a draw.

I swear its written in the manual but I never play online so I never tried it.

Perhaps, because tournaments are also only possible through WOL. There is even a ladder in the (.uil) code. Hmm, might be nice if we could get WOL working again (on different address) or not*?

WOL is working, the server is up and we're using it. See funkyfr3sh's topic on how to connect. Yes, ladders are working as well
