hey just a thought....

why don't we restart dune 2000 tournaments again for the fun of it....

this might bring back the glory days of the dune....

should we all give it a try?? cause I feel dune lost it's prime presence from the world stage...

wht's your thoughts on it??

we wont gather enough players thats about it for a decent turney we need like 16 peep or atleast 8 , 8 is possible to gather in weakend ... but the turney wont be balanced  so the idea isint that great i guess...

Couldnt say it better than that :) You're totally right, in all aspects. I tried to do that some time ago ( like half year ago), I got max 5-6 ppl signed up. (most of them are gone now, some because of the reasons that I told u prfs ) :)

I doubt it, our skill levels are incredibly different, and timezones also play a factor.

Good question, which I dont think it has an answer. It's more about the skill difference between players. Dune 2000 (online)  is a dead game, so making tournaments for it is very hard. It cannot compete with these new games that have tons of players daily.

 for the start, start playing yourselfs grunt lord aqib u dont play at all , and the thing is skill level is so different... top guys will just crush everything they see.. everyone can thank mrs shaokhan or what ever his name is that fucklord made alot of people quit end of story get over it ... i love how u people talk things about turneys getting more peep and do apsoliutly nothing u 2 feda get yo ass into game ;s

well I played two games till now...

first one I won and the second one I got creamed....

I don't come online now cause exam begins next month but after that I might be online looking for trouble....

well if you guys want i'll host a tournament....

if I get enough guys to sign up we'll begin it...

but if the number is not met i'll cancel....

Well i said it already: im not playing dune2k online anymore , and since we're making this public, the reason is that I see no future in this game: using same maps and settings makes it boring after some time. Ppl who are saying i left dune for renegade, thats not true. Im still moddin, im still making missions and im still playing singleplayer, but the way i thought dune2k online would be is not the same as it is. Not to mention the attitude of some ppl, mainly one, who kills all the fun. I wont mention him since perefese did it already :)

I don't get it. If some one kills the fun in a game. Simply don't play with that person any more. Or did he/she stalk people? What did that person do? Simply beat you with overkill? And not take the hints that he/she would chase people away?

 

I know that kind of people, they end up alone. Just stick together and create your own fun games. That's something I always did.

like i said feda, why bother listening to some shit hole , we did have some fun matches with our rules , he wont change anyday soon untill someone kicks his ass, no wonder i dont even play with him anymore there was plenty of people to play on...

I guess I just need more time to like online again, right now I dont have any interest in it anymore.

Thats the problem: That NERTHH or 8 min ;) I've never seen any other games that restrict the player, that dont allow him to build whatever he wants and attack whenever he wants.
