In a siege, use ONLY vehicles, and cover the entire area (especially near barracks, FR camp, etc) with inkvine. Flametanks go in the front line, scooting back and forth, attacking anything on the inkvine - inkvine blows up under the units and anything will take damage. Be sure to take out structural defences first, though.

Sorry - update: Inkvine forcefiring on inkvine wil cause ignition. Flame helps, of course, but it is not neeeded and is best used elsewhere.

I've noticed (or im delusional again) that Inkvine knocks a shield in one shot...of course catching the sheilded unit is tough.

Well yah but, when you hit it it slows down dramastically and you can therefor kill it without going in ciricals.

A sonic tank can kill a laser tank in one shot. More if firing into a group.

Sonic tank is real tedious to handle, always end up killing yourself, real useful against devas though. Or base defense.
