Guest Johnny Posted March 3, 2002 Posted March 3, 2002 How do I defend a missile once it is launched from the House of Harkonnens? I always end up loosing numerous units and buildings when it lands on my house.
House_Corrino Posted March 3, 2002 Posted March 3, 2002 You can't. All you can do is hope it hits your con yard. The death hand won't kill it, but you'll be able to repair it so it doesn't die.
Gunseng_Harkonnen Posted March 5, 2002 Posted March 5, 2002 Buldings should be not too close each other
Timenn Posted March 6, 2002 Posted March 6, 2002 Toggle superweapons off in multiplayer/skirmish, otherwise: FACE IT! ;D
House_Corrino Posted March 6, 2002 Posted March 6, 2002 Or kill his base before he builds a palace. It's better to prevent something than to have to fight it off.
Gunseng_Harkonnen Posted March 7, 2002 Posted March 7, 2002 But in the campaign it rarely happens that enemy has palace. Maybe in Gunseng vs Copec mission. In skirmish too if you r fast.
Terror Posted March 7, 2002 Posted March 7, 2002 yeah... the gunseng vs. copec mission was kinda hard because of those death hands... they forced you to attack asap or you would lose everything
Timenn Posted March 7, 2002 Posted March 7, 2002 heh? They only fire on buildings what can resist the impact (except for turrets)
Terror Posted March 7, 2002 Posted March 7, 2002 ehm... that's not true... barracks and windtraps also die cuz of the missile... and you can't gather resources so...
jacobdouds Posted March 7, 2002 Posted March 7, 2002 The Death hand always goes for your newest construction yard in the Cival War mission, I don't know why. But if you deploy your construction yard a distance away from your other buildings it reduces the cance of it killing other buildings.
Gunseng_Harkonnen Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 Not always but very often. Death hand goes on units who stand in group near bridge too. It`s very annoying, `cos then I must put them somewhere, where death hand doesn`t work and enemy can go on this bridge then
jacobdouds Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 I know this is off topic but I think the Gunseng/Copec colours of their units in the cival war level are the best colours in the game.
Gunseng_Harkonnen Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 LoL, tru. But why Copec`s colour is red, this is Harks colour
jacobdouds Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 because he is the rightful heir but i like gunseng better
jacobdouds Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 gunsengpros. coolernot fatsmartgood colouretc.cons:not true heirno good resources
Gunseng_Harkonnen Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 Not tru heir? Baron Rakon wanted he as new baron before Copec killed him
jacobdouds Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 Thats true but it wasn't recorded and therefore not official. But he did say 'maybe' i should make gunseng my heir.
Terror Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 fuck copec... first time i followed gunseng... second time i followed copec.... just to see it's cutscenes.... grrr... i wished i didn't choose that stupid insolent bastard... next time he will die.. again!
Gunseng_Harkonnen Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 ...and again and again and again... ;DAnd one more time, that`s still makes me laught*gloat gloat gloat*
Terror Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 i like seeing copec die.... that's what you get for insulting me fat, stupid, ugly, smelly fool
Alexander_Ordos Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 Never keep your units in the base ::) AND send some EITS's on his place OR confuse your opponent so he'd begin lounching DH's at your units ;D ;D Man still remember that game with <<Baron Hakonnen>>.users
jacobdouds Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 The fat one deserved to die. He insulted me and poisoned a true Baron. Backstabber Copec.
Sardauker-Kirov Posted March 8, 2002 Posted March 8, 2002 Alexander. This is not a Ordos Mission. ::)
