House_Corrino
You have to send them in small #s or not at all. Anything over 3 is a waste of money.
Chaos_Storm
Hence the importance of diversions. A great outcome of a diversion is the enemy air force being lured out when it is still growing and destroy them more easily. Otherwise, if you are sure the enemy's attention is on your diversion (perhaps a proper attack that is meant to withdraw), EITS or land Saboteurs in APCs (carried in by air) provided your enemy doesn't have AA defence at ground zero. House_Corrino
The "2-pronged attack." It works.
Chaos_Storm
You mean a maximum of 3 EITS per building (only for taking down a Con Yard). If you know your enemy's AA is crippled, bring lots into their base. Just don't blow them all up at the same time. This is why EITS are good for finishing off a base quickly after its defences are down.
House_Corrino
Or you could send in a ground attack first and try to fucus of AA targets, but don't make it too obvious. Just when the enemy thinks he's repelled the attack, BOOM!!!!!!!!!!
jacobdouds
If you send the EITS in a triangle formation. The majority of fire is attracted to the first couple. Then the rest can move in and destruct.
House_Corrino
Could work.
jacobdouds
It does. I wipe out most of the enemy base using this tactic
House_Corrino
I think most people look down on the EITS because of its high price tag combined with its suicidal nature. But then again, all units have their uses.
Chaos_Storm
EITS cost a lot compared to their build time. This means your money will fall very quickly when you are building EITS as your rate of spending jumps up. Always look for good EITS prices at the Starport! House_Corrino
You get some great deals through the starport. The only problem is that it's not always with the greatest units (ex.: sand bike: $123...).
jacobdouds
The only down side is that prices can go up, and you have to keep checking.
Ligic_Tha_Master
They ask insane prices.
House_Corrino
Speaking of overpriced: the pop-up turret.
House_Corrino
If you want a great deal on an infantry killer, train some chem troopers.
