Suggestions forum.

How about a forum for suggestions, support, feedback, reviews, etc.?  So people can share their thoughts on FED2k and make suggestions on how to improve the site (as well as report bugs, which is important, since I've already encounter several while browsing this site).

Last time I encountered bugs here was when country flags disappeared and the threads where I posted were no longer marked by bold (very inconvenient, BTW). That was quite some time ago.
