It is ilicit so tell to them sell game again and open his server their closed.

i m custom of them , so , if i buy a game now , i dont get , at start , a server to play cuz they turned down it .

They are illicit and not me.

When they start seeling it again and give back battle clan to us , like diablo have it until today , we can sit and talk about illicit or no.

at moment , they can t say nothing ,

ea killed dune by not making other dune games like c&c and so .. dune didnt deserved this

I'm not an advocate of EA's questionable policies, but at least they didn't go about trying to lock the game and stop us from setting up our own servers. That would be killing the game and burying it completely.

That doesn't matter, if it's possible to even answer the question. The fact remains is that it's officially illegal. What happens beyond that is beyond my concern though. Hell, just because it's legitimate doesn't mean it's right. I'm not passing a value judgement here.

Spicy EA see's you just fine trust me. Thats when I load up a server screen all the non legite servers are all in bright red.And you would see this if you had a legite BF2 game...don't think they just don't and can't somehow see you.There is a purpose of those servers that show up in bright red.

Again you would understand this if you had a legite,bought and registered game.  :P
