am sorry for not showing in the past time ..i never lost my love to the game but it was my new isp

all the time who showed me hell right here in the middle of the desert..i never get more than

6k download speed with a 256k adsl ... they make me go with all truble shooting and in the end they admit they over sold thier bandwitch.... so nothing realy works here, like everything eals i guess.

all this i didnt want to say but it was the reason why i wasnt on line latly....

i am sacking them  and ill be back to dial up  ;D  so wait for me....

yes back on dial up...what can i do?? they are the only isp in the place...and they keep bugging me with things like maybe its ure fult,,pull that wire off,,put that splitter on..while they know its the bandwitch because the download speed go back to normal at 4 am untill 8 am when every one is sleeping...

they bug me like this so i keep paying them the monthly fee... but i am not a donky  ::)

yes me too..but i feel like a jerk,,when i pay them for 256k and get less than 128k  i just cant live with the idea of beeing screwed... thats haw i am i cant change  >:(

to the others  SOMETHING is better then NOTHING and 6k is not worth the cash he is paying,  i get ticked off when i get 1800k but 6k  wow that is dial up speed

Nice one spicy, stop paying and let them lose customers for overselling. Guys, if you had no other isp and the only one who could give you 256k was charging you but wasnt delivering, what would you do ? (yes, basically see it from his point of view  ::)).

You cant get screwed by them and take it !

It might sound weird, but I know 4 people who changed their living place and moved to another street, town or city just for a better internet connection or a different isp which wasn't available at their previous house.

(note: I don't say you should do this spicy - I just think this is very funny and you folks should know about it)

Are you sure it's only 6k down and 256 up? that is totally wacky. Also I believe that online gaming is reliant more so on the upstream than the down. If you can post a screeny of the speed at a test site like DSL Reports.

no scar listen i have  265/64k adsl  the upload speed works fine but the download speed is down

so they cant accept to be behind and not have the proper tools for their activities as for my self

yes but the guys I know didn't do it because their work depends on it. they did it for gaming and downloading stuff  ::)

yup, and from what you just posted Spicy,thats not really dial up. I mean I use a phone line also for my DSL, doesen't mean I have dial up. It could be worse trust me cause dial-up at the very very highest capable bandwidth is 5k tops...and even people with it hardly get that. comes close to it but it's usually always AROUND 5kps dload speed...thats dial-up. Long story short ADSL is not dial-up.

Hmm, 6KB/sec wasn't THAT bad. :P It's 18% of the promised bandwidth.

But it's actually not even the speed of a 56k dial suck connection. :P
