Most of my excel problems were solved, except one.

It is under the status column.

I have =IF(N$5>SUM(E$5:E5),"Paid","") to tell whether a person has paid enough to cover the cost.

Now if I have =IF(N$5>=SUM(E$5:E5),"Paid","") instead, this works, but the status of paid goes all the way down until the forumula ends (doesnt look good, but I can simply not print that part off.

What I am trying to get is an accurate view of whether a person has paid for the cut or not. Is it possible to have a 2/3 paid etc? Maybe they have only partially paid for the lawn.

I don't use the "status" column for any calculating, so it is not that important, other than making it easier for me to print it off and give to a client they know exactly what the status means (accuracy).

That's the only problem I can think of right now. Although I have added tremendous amount of data/formulas to the spreadsheet since then.

EDIT - I could actually use the "paid" in certain formulas, although would be nice if it was somehow more accurate. ie number of cuts paid / total cuts
