Anyway, Some drama has been happening in my life as of late...

So here's a copy of my xanga post because i'm to damn lazy to spend a hour rephrasing it, sorry about the length but this is important, the future of someone is at stake here.

Okay first of all my name is Aaron. Not Aron twat. It would be prounced A-ron if it only had one a, but its Aaron Thats Air-on. See not that hard to spell.

Okay I don't know how many people actully read this stuff, but you might know that I have been going out with Liz  since November 25th, that was 5 months on Friday. Five months. Thats 180 days roughly. If I was such a bad guy, such a bad egg. Why would she stay with me for 180 days

Well, As of a couple weeks ago, Liz, tired of her father started living with her mom, who is a all around decent and pleasent to be around person.

Now, People come on, Those that read this comment on this.(sorry for the length)

Do you think its right to start stalking your daughter around town? Now Now, He calls it bird dogging(WTF is a bird dogging? Is that like prarie dogging? ) What he does is sit in the library parking lot across from my house, right after school and watch her go into my house. Then he sits..And waits..And waits...Untill she leaves. He sits there like 4 hours to wait for her to leave and for me to walk her home.(Which brings to mind what does he do if he has to use the bathroom?)

Now, To back the story up a few months to early december, The whole Liz and me on the couch thing. He said "They were making out and heavy over the clothening(can never spell that) grouping"  Okay, If anyone remembers what happend, he raised his arm and Slapped her So hard on her Ass that it left a red mark for days. If she was on top of me...And he could slap her ass, Where the hell Could I be grouping her? I mean, I'm not that great on the whole anatomomy thing, But I dont think my arms around someone is "gruping them or whatever."

I'm a bad influence however. I'm into drugs and alcohal, and bla bla bla bla bla. Okay Listen Ladies and Gentlemen, Whoever reads this probebly knows I exagerate a bit on this thing, Hell I out right lied on most of the stuff about Becky(Sorry babe) and random other bits. And He is going to try to use This, My xanga against Liz and her mother in custidy court. Yea Thats right a online journal of a teenager to try to win a custidy battle.

Proove something I said on here right, Go ahead and do it, try as much as you might. Oh Wait, You can't. I know most of the stuff Greg said was lies. My councler has a assured me that everything Greg said that  the counclers said is BS, They would never give out personal information like that it would be against the law. And When would he get a chance to ask the students about it? Ya know stalking my house and everything.

Besides the fact that I can simply Make all the entree's in this private or just deleate the whole thing. I won't. Its exatreides Xanga. MY xanga, I let some other people use it, but its mostly mine. Bet you can't even prounounce extreides right. Go ahead try it, Remember to sound it out, If you can't spell Aaron right....... lmao

Which on a side note is rather odd, being I was  a good egg from the time I started going over  to lis'z in October to the point where he Smacked her on her ass hard enough to leave a mark for days.( I became a very bad egg after this it seems)

Little Back history On Greg,

-Curently has not payed takes in 7 years. (Be afraid Greg, I'm sure the IRS reads this to, because i'm just that cool.)

-As anyone Ever gone to a funeral over there? Like over at the Hartman funeral home? Didn't Think so.

-Heard From People that he was just useing Silvia(Sorry about spelling names wrong) for money since he is going into finacl ruin (see previous sentences)

-Everyone says the Anger is right below the surface and that he should seek anger mangement help. (Mother was talking to him on saturday, when slyiva intrupted and he said "SHUT THE FUCK UP.")

-Reportadly(sp sorry) Told Liz he hoped "She burned in hell" And gave her the finger. Now I know Greg may have anger issues, but thats a little extreme don't you think?

-Left a hand Print on her ass for days after the december couch incident(he later sold that couch because of that incident) When she was moving to her moms, he violently shoved her down the ally towards his house. I witnessed this, and I can say it was with force not neeeded. And bewittled Liz.

-Lives in a buisness, Which means Liz had to shower in the basement where they kept the corpses. Like a person would have there ribs exposed and organs all icky and embalming fluid all pumping while she showerd.

-Actully has made Liz and her mom afraid to the point where they look out the windows and check to see if he's there. It pisses me off that anyone would have to do that because of someone else.(Though his little teeth grinding atempts to look intimidating bring a chuckle to me and my family.)

Now, If anyone has questions about me, and my previous posts they can take it up with me. Mucho El Grando Mica(Thats the big taco of me in Spainish) I had some problems finding my self a couple years ago, yes I know that is probebly a horible way to put it, But I ended that phase a long time ago, and don't look back with pride.

Greg(Or as we have grown to call him, gregasourus suxalot...No we havn't but thats a good idea) Should remember one thing. As a parent its your job to bring happiness and prosperity to your Children, and try to give them a better life then you had. Ya know improve everything? The basic socical fundmentals that humans have been doing since the neolithic age, and continued to do through the dark ages' the imperial age and into the modern age. If it makes her happy being at her moms why would you be against this?

Basicly, I got dragged into this custdidy battle between Liz, Her mom and Greggy Poo.

Which Means...Its a big shit sandwich, and were all gonna have to take a bite

(As a side note, Greg is not allowed to trespess on our property, And nice new hiding spot for the Van, And we have already notified the authorities.

Now, His main Argument in court is against me. He hasn't gotten any information from the school councilers about me, as i'm not his kid and it would be ileagle, so he can't get info from them. My freinds would never tell him information so i doubt its them.

His main argument is my Xanga itself and the incredible criminal content posted on it. His argument is that she is only going over there because she wants to have some more alone time with me, Which is partialy true I guess.

But Ahaha, Something Else..

Ok, if everything you ave said is accurate, and you can dredge up witnesses for some or all of that stuff you mentioned in the "back histroy on Greg," then there's no way he'll ever be awarded custody, and could indeed face criminsal charges.  Especially considering most courts love to hand custody over to the mother.

What you have written in your "Xanga" (I assume this is an online journal, a la LiveJournal?) may be admissible in court, but it would be worthless - you have your first amendment right to say whatever you please; and what's written in some online journal is hardly legally binding confession to anything; it would be all too easy to simply deny having ever written it, and there's no way to prove beyon reasonable doubt that you did.

Seeing as this "Greg" is the plaintiff in this case, burden of proof falls on him...and he doesn't appear to have a leg to stand on, so to speak.

I completely agree with Duke Leto... he has absolutely no chance of gaining custody.

I'm actually curious why his lawyer would even consider the online journal as a means of an argument... unless there is absolutely nothing else for them to use.

Actually I think it could be admissable evidence.  There's currently a trial going on where a girl killed her mother, and her Livejournal is being used as evidence...Rachelle Waterman; and the Minnesota School Shooter jeff Weise also had one; and though Wikipedia doesn't mention it being used as evidence, it probably is.  Most entries seem to have been removed, everyone unfriended, and commenting disabled.

Why are you even involved in the custody battle!!! unless his arguement is that the mother is unfit due to allowing their daughter to associate with people like you but if i read it right when she started going out with you she was in his care.

The guy sounds like a totally obsessive father to me but thats based on your writings which are bound to be biased.

Internet journals etc like any written diary can be used in evidence and would probably not be protected as they are are open to the public domain, if online journals. They would not carry much weight in court though as it can be shown that people write all sorts of fantasy/crap or just BS on web sites that is unfounded untrue or just plain provocitive to cause a reaction.

The guy sounds totall desperate to be clutching at such straws.
