Seeing his opponent rushing towards him viciously, ExSPlug immediatly leaps back and activates his cloak generator.The first strike of EWS missed terribily, and he lost his balance. ExSPlug flashes his stealth generator on and off and provoked EWS. Another blow, but ExSPlug perried it beautifully, and activates the stealth generator again. EWS tried to deliver the final blow just before ExSPlug disappeared totally, but it was of no avail as ExSPlug strafed left slightly, and tripped him."Bite the dust." he uncloaks again and raised his chainsword overhead... ExSPlug Posted July 26, 2004 Share Posted July 26, 2004 Rather than continuing to withdraw the chainsword on the floor, ExSPlug leaped behind the sword immediately as soon as he sees EWS pulling out the bolter. A barrage of bolter fire poured towards him, but most didn't hit, or jammed only right into the chainsword.As the dust clears off, a canister was sent high upward from behind the chainsword, and blinding flash engulfed the two duelists. Hoping that his opponent would be blinded by the flare, ExSPlug too the opportunity and fired his his canister rifle, aimed right towards EWS's head. EWS Posted July 26, 2004 Share Posted July 26, 2004 The canister came flying at EWS but he just stood there. It came closer and closer at a horrific speed, yet he just stood there. It exploded just before it reached EWS and engulfed him. The whole crowd gasped, was this the end?The smoke cleared and there stood EWS with a big smile on his face, a red mark was all that was seen."Is that the best you can do? Come, I will give you another chance." EWS Posted July 27, 2004 Share Posted July 27, 2004 EWS stood there and before Ex had the chance to squeaze the trigger he used his quickness to dart round and struck Ex with a counterattack. Ex hit the ground in pain. EWS then moved in for another blow, hitting him hard again."Now it's my turn."He powered up his sword and moved in for the kill, Ex didn't have time to respond as EWS slashed at him and before he knew it Ex was dead.EWS was vthe winner. The sorcerers moved in and cured Ex, bringing him back to life.EWS turned to the crowd, they were all cheering. He raised his sword and the crowd cheered. Turning round to Ex he said."There you go you pityful worm, why could you have not just died when I went to assassinate you. None of this needs to happen. Now, as for my 300 gold coins?" AÂ ;D facemask suddenly appeared from behind the duelists."Ahh...so you'll be the ones I'm up against" a toneless and slow voice spoke as the remaining parts of the soul trampler reveal itself. A wizard hat, old green cloak and a wand made out of a victim's skull and spine."Now we're all here...hehehe, let the fun begin!"Two bolts of purple flame shot out of the eye sockets of the skull and aimed for the two opponents... Rai'guy thought to himself, watching through perfect vision as the Jomsviking struggled to see in the total blackness. Taking an oppertunity, he drew back his bowstring and loosed three poisoned arrows in quick succession. He didn't wait to see if they hit the man, he had confidence in his abilities. Instead, he waited in the dark, drifting behind a pillar high up in the air. Taking no chances, he slowly dissolved himself into the form of a mist, and held still, watching for his other opponent. The_Sadukar Posted August 2, 2004 Share Posted August 2, 2004 For reasons even he didn't know, the Jomsviking raised his shield and heard the sound of the three arrows as they hit the wood in the centre of the shield. He knew that he was at a disadvantage in the dark, so he moved in the direction of the cave wall he had noted as the closest. Once he got there he withdrew a small leather pouch that contained a greyish powder with an unpleasant smell, he open the pouch and threw some of the powder on the floor. A bang was heard, followed by a flash and suddenly a strange light that seemed to come from everywhere lighted the room. hee hee, they never expect a little sejd magic he thought to himself as he looked around to find any of his adversaries. Taking solid form for a moment, he loosed another two arrows, before once again disappearing into mist. He quickly flowed a few metres to the left, and fired another arrow, all the while testing the reflexes of the Jomsviking far below. So lets deal with the grunt first."The palms of the soul trampler starts to glow, levitating the bone staff in between. Two swirling balls of energy starts to gather on the palms, as the skull starts to glow, brighter and brighter, until it flares and blind anyone around.
