You could probably add a few more to your list Dunenewt, I think parts of Japan are still occupied by Russia, they never left after WW2, and I think China still occupies parts of Tibet (maybe all of it), Appolagies if im wrong.

United States Philippines 1898? O_o Is it still on? I don't think so..."Philippine-American War 1899-1902" ;D

"United States Djibouti"? I don't think that's a conflict, USA didn't send troops there, only that Djibouti only said that they would "cooperate with Yemen, USA in fighting terrorism".

they still have skirmish's couple years ago their patrol boats had a small skirmish...about 30 casulites on both sides if i remember right

Plus a few other incidents, like those US troops over a decade back being blown to pieces for trying to cut down a tree in the DMZ.
