I do not usually work per hour at my main job, but When I do work on the Farm I get paid $8 an hour.

When cutting grass it is usually at around $20 an hour.

Mind you I have to buy gas and new equipment/parts every 3-4 years.

So you could say I make profit at least $10 an hour, 25-40 hours a week cutting grass.

If I somehow was able to join co-op, I would make around $10 at a business job in the summers (but then no grass), and when I get my BBA I will get more than $10 an hour and hopefully a salary at a government job. ;D

Some people may be reluctant to say how much they make, especially when it is a "real" job and not a student job.

I don't work in the winter much. Just all spring/summer/fall when I'm not in school.

How much do You make Emperor Harkonnen?

$10 a lot in Canada? If you are a student (highschool definately) maybe, but if you are educated (degree/diploma) and work experience/connections that is a low number.

I feel for you Vanny.

Yes mine is Canadian Dollars.

(I got paid in pounds from one guy this fall)

The minimum wage on the Island is $6.50 an hour. You must have to travel far vanguard to only get $3, as minimum wage in ontairio is around $6 no?

Ironically, I don't travel far.  It would be about twenty minutes by car.  But since I take the bus, it's two hours.

Officially, I make eight dollars per hour, for three hours' work, and one hour of sitting around before work.  $24 pay, divided by eight, is three dollars.  Yay!  I'm poor!

Mahdi:  Well, the O-Train is no quicker, and if I get on the 97 bus from Bayview, I'll never get a seat.  I stand for a living; I'd rather not do it on the bus.

There probably are quicker routes, assuming each bus arrives when I do.  Else, I could be waiting 20 minutes at each stop, making the 97 route much more reliable, if sluggish.

Andrew:  Well, I think I could go to head office, and take the cruiser from there, but it takes pretty long to get there, and I don't know how many cruisers are going where I'm going, nor how many people are filling up the cruiser(s).

And I'm trying to get another job, 'cause this one doesn't come close to paying the rent, much less bus passes and other expenses.

How can there be more routes, I thought there was only one road in Canada?

*Timenn starts playing the tune again*

But don't you have a bicycle? If the bus takes 2 hours, and the car 20 minutes, then the bike should take around 40 minutes ??

Remember, it's -40 out there. 10 minutes and you got frostbite, 40 minutes and your dead ;)  (I walk 15 minutes straight, and I am so tired and cold afterwards...))

Your right we only got one road... the transcanada highway!
