Well, don't forget british colonialism started with pirate raids in 16th century, so you have about 500 years. More than enough. One page to beginning, i.e.discover of african south and America, then spreading of trade by Spaniards, next two or three should be about british raids and then first true colonies in era of queen Elisabeth. Next three would be about new discoveries (Cook, Ross etc.) as well as wars with Netherlands and France for domination on sea or american soil, maybe a small Cromwell interlude should give you a tip, then a page for US independence war and again France. Napoleon took much from them, altough they stopped him in Trafalgar. You may take a look on Crimean War then and with 20th century I think you don't need me. Give about two pages for a century, it would be easy then.

I don't know what pics I need acctually. just something fitting to the subject. can be anything.

I don't intend to write two pages per century. I have a issue about why most of the colonies which were inhabitated by the british where better of after independence than the former colonies they had not inhabitted.
