You can still find some interesting stratagies to use atomics with, you just cannot use them as a traditional weapon.I think that the time period of this was should take place in the general time right before the Atreidies move to arrakis. This means that there is no Muad'Dib, the Harkonnen still control arrakis, and the Corrino family is still in control of the Golden Lion Throne. This does not mean that we have to involve the actual characters from this time period that were in the book, it just means that the imperium is running "normally"Sinse there has been no Muad'Dib, the Freman cannot be used as an army by anyone, although they can be temporarily utilized for specific missions.If anyone else has anything to add, or anything to dispute, then say so, otherwise I will start posting soon. The leader of moon 3 stands and says arthas great emperore we have devolped a new weapon it is silent while moving and cannot be spotted on enemys raidars it is equiped with a front moving cannon and in the back with a turrent this machiene is capable of digging under ground also of calling forth the worm. And the Fremen have not been organized into an army yet, so no one knows that they are even a threat. And one last question, how do you intend to have a tank that calls worms to it? What is the point, you cannot ride a worm with a tank, and calling the worms will just make your tank be eaten. And on top of that, you cannot just make troops that are that deadly, you have to have a good reason for people being as efficiant as the Fremen, or the Sardukar. If you read my house post in the other thread, I have an army comparable to the sards, but it is because I have a house full of Swordmasters, and because of this, I have my weaknesses as well, which I also posted. You cannot have an unbeatable army with super soldiers from nowhere}___________________________________________________________"Sire!" the mentat stormed in, "word from the Emperor has just arrived. There was a slight pause before a leader from one of the southern sietches stood up rudely. "You want one fighting force....Yet you cannot even control your own sietch?.." There was a slight gasp across the room as murmurs fled from one side to the next. He referred to an incident two years earlier where two Harkonnens successfully infiltrated and caused havoc until they're death, unfortunaly, no one outside his sietch truly believed it to be the Harkonnens. Calthras sighed a rubbed his eyes slightly. "That was many years ago, I ask not for you to bring up history, for our history is drenched with ad recollections, we must forget them and stand up as one force, this is our planet, not theres."The meeting continued on as normal with little success, but there was some nonetheless, and the path down the long road had begun.
