You can download Dune1 here and get the walkthrough and the start unlocker. Dune was not actually an adventure game. Well it isn't any more adventure is sort of the old term for RPG(role playing game).

I think you should be able to to select a unit and get to drive it like in warzone2100 except also have the option of driving from the drivers eyes.

One thing that always pisses me off in RTS games is the size of the buildings, come on a tank factory about the size of 8 tanks!

Oh all microsoft products are full of bugs its kinda like there trademark, What specs is your computer? Sometimes it takes a while to load but I have had it lock up.

We could also use Starcraft for the mod as it has three sides the humans, the zerg and the protoss. I think it would be pretty easy as I have played a Warcraft conversion of Starcraft and they have change quite a lot. If someone knew how to make a AOE2 mod then that would solve all your house problems with I think 12 sides.

I don't think there is a mac version, come on man they had dune2 on amiga you think they gonna have a mac version!

There are three sides on TS NOD,GDI and the forgotten.

If they sell the dune license to someone else then the whole game will change like form dune1 to dune2. ALso I don't think blizzard is a real rival there games are mainly the peopn style. What would you rathe play a dune game or a Warcraft/starcraft game?

Lots of strategy games have all different units but they may have different names and look different but the still are the same. Like in Warcraft 2 you have a grunt for the orcs and a footman for the humans they are exactly the same!!!!!!!!

I think that people want more of a wargame but your idea is quite a good one.

The problem with most strategy games is they don't have enough teams and there is usually not much differnece. I would like to see in the next Dune game for no unit to be used by 2 houses.

I was looking for a new user icon in modify profile when I relized you don't have a stealth raider! Some people have asked for a pciture lately on the dune2000 board. Has anyone seen a stealth raider pic anywhere?
