Ok here's the story, we were digging through some of my parent's and my old stuff for things that we could sell or get rid of.

and we came accross boxes of books that my mom and dad owned. Guess what we found... that's right we found some Dune books, and some other books that were written by Frank Herbert. I was wondering if they were at all possibly valuable or something that's worth keeping... i'm not planning on selling them even if they are worth some wad of money.

here is a list of them:

-Children of Dune, paperback, really great condition, copyright 1976.

-God Emperor of Dune, hardback, really great condition, copyright 1981.

-The Dosadi experiment, paperback, the front is in poor shape, but the rest is ok, copyright 1977.

-Nebula winners fifteen (edited by Frank Herbert), hardback, really great condition, copyright 1981.

lol, i'm not selling them... erm... ok if you are filthy rich and money is no object, i'll take 1 million dollars every day untill the day i die, and untill my kids die.. does that sound good?

i was just wondering if they were valuable or something so that i have some reason to brag to my friend :) lol ok, that's not the real reason, but it's one ;)

No, they're not. You can find any of them on Ebay for about 50 cents. I've found some of them in used book stores for $3.50 (Canadian). Sorry. ;)

[edit] On the bright side, you didn't plan to sell them anyway. If they were priceless, you'd be kicking yourself right now. ;)

Hmm... signature, you say. Well that decreases its value to 25 cents. It is, after all, written in. I'd be happy to take it off your hands and... dispose of it for you.

LOL ;D
