I think I got something showing my point about Israel here, in only one article... Basically:

About 300 Palestinian minors have been rounded up in Israeli army sweeps over the past year and are being held in crowded lockups, some without charges, lawyers and human rights monitors say.

So apparently not only Amnesty International says this, but also Red Cross. No wonder some are reacting in extreme ways, no? Anyone believes it is legitimate?

This could have been said of any colonial power... They attack but are also attacked. Normal, but which one is trying to steal the other?

Here, only Israel has something to gain... Palestine only can gain the right to exist. Israel attacked Egypt, then Liban, now Palestine. Each time it was them who attacked and it was them who were gaining advantages from it.

Isn't that Canada weird? Son in law of their premier is in direction council of Elf and for it they support every arabian waste. I will tell you something new: ARABS ARE NATURALLY HOSTILE TO ISRAEL. When was Israel created, it was quickly attacked by terror groups with unhidden support of all neighbours. All next history they heard only words about how they will be quickly destroyed for victory of Islam over jewish plague (Nasir, Asad, Sadat, Arafat, Chomeini...). Is diplomacy even possible in such region?

It seems that there was a plan called 'Roadmap' peace plan to pave the way for peace negotiations, but it was dismissed by Sharon and not passed because of the opposition from U.S. of 'having to wait until after Israel generals election.'

Are you referring to Elf the French oil company sub-merged branch of TotalFinaElf? Or something else entirely...And which Premier's son is this (there are thirteen)

Egypt, Syria and Russian attacked Israel a long time ago, and that's when the U.S. began to ally with Israel, to gain middle-eastern support and push back the communists.

Russia never attacked Israel. Stalin oppressed jewish traders also for their nationality, but fact is they'd materially supported Israel in 1948 against first arab attacks. When they'd found it will make more money if they would trade with 200 million Arabs than with 5 million Jews, they changed the side.

Russia never attacked USA either. But what effects did it have on Israel? Perhaps it was becoming a threat, but I don't know alot about Russia and Israel in these times...

Russia supported Syria and Egypt, giving supplies and funds, which is what I should have said. But it was clear that Russia was against Israel, and the U.S. - to be against Russia - was for Israel.
