Anarchy is an unruled system, where all decisions are made by society common will. It expects also only the smaller societies, so 10 million cities wouldn't be suitable for it.

No government = no law.

In Basra the Ba'ath party has collapsed but there has been noreplacement set up so there you have no laws, perfect anarchy.

What happens? All out looting, if it isn't nailed down it isn't there much longer.

British units aren't able to lay down the law at the moment due to a number of factors.

If you won a million the first thing you do is pick up a plane ticket to a tax haven such as Gibraltar, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Cayman Islands, Isle of Man, etc. and say bye bye to the tax man.

If you won $1,000,000 would you be happy if the government took $500,000? Would you walk away with a smile or be kind of pissed off?

I'd still be happy, you start with jack and walk away with 500K. Allthough I don't think any country tax it that high. I don't know what country you are from but please stop whining about tax money. I pay 40% directly from my salary + 8% in ATP. After this I pay atleast 25% for every thing I buy EVERYTHING + all other taxeted gorsseries. I live in one of the hardest taxeted countries in the world. If I want to buy a car I have to pay the price three times, and yet I manage, you should really be satisfied with what you have.

Yeah, I would be happy too! BUT, id still be kinda mad that i lost half of my money to the government

There's alot of people mad because government takes money to them, but do they consider the idea of social justice and the global effects of it? Lotto tickets are considered as an investment, the same as companies being taxed.

Are you against the Government, i am, because, when someone wins a big prize or something the government is there to take away 30% that just pisses me off, like say someone wins 1,000,000$

the government would take away $300,000 or more

if there was anarchy, someone else would just fill the vacuum left by the old govt. Sure the system is falling apart and getting corrupt. but imagine when a gang could just walk into your house with guns and rule the streets......o wait, i guess some places have an anarchy right now.

This is not anarchy in the sense of political system... Anarchic political system aren't unorganized, they are just not CENTRALLY organized. Like by cooperatives and so on with anarcho-syndicalism, etc.

I guess we need to discuss your defintion of anarchy. i was under the impression it was the lack of any govt, everyman for himself kind of thing.
