Maybe Emperor should have Hero units like Tanya, Boris and Yuri Prime from Yuri's Revenge. Please post any ideas you might have here.

Maybe Harks could have Beast Rabban and Atreides could have Duncan Idaho or Gurney Halleck. Make something up for Ordos.

Maybe Sub-Houses should have Hero units too...

Harkonnen hero units : gunseng and copec (only house with 2 hero units) only drawback is is if u have both hero units they attack eachother.Atreides: Duke Achillies or First General Relena(made up)Ordos: Face dancer(like allied spy in RA2) or the Speaker Drone, a drone like robot fron the dna of the speaker(made up aswell)

In My humble opinion. the heros shouldnt be that much stronger than the regular units... just give them execptional uses. like tanya from RA2. and such... umm..brain fart.. forgot what i was goign to say...

the idea about the 2 heros attack each other is a good idea kinda but all you would have to do is build one, move it somewhere across the map, build the other and attack teh other side. its not that much of a down side. should make it a little harder than that :) i think that damages should be brought into consideration.. with one hero its really good damage, but when you build the other both damage by each hero is decreased by ohh lets say 15 %

make navaros a hero....... we can all make lots of nags in the sand danceing for shi-hulud to come to them whare they would.........be eaten..... a horible horible death.....but oh well...it would be funny

Yes, it would be funny, but navs...eee...nags...have terrible feature: they nag. But as something that attrackt worm, it would be useful.

Yes, heroes could have special mission like this Achillus one. Ordos could have Roma but what she could do?

lol you can make the hero able to swim(in sand of cource) c-4 buildings( red alert 2) a hyped up cannon of some sort. slow regeneration health when in spice...

ahh yes.. my stupid idea triumphs. lol.. if not much a hero, could increas intellegence and such.... make the person /Slightly/ quicker and stronger... heros arent indestructible...lol ummm one one hero at a time is a must... if ya build 50 well then there isnt much of a chance... swimming.... hrm. in a DUNE game.. never thought i would see the day.. a hero could possible hide in the sand... dig a foxhole.. wait for the emeny to approach the ambush.

yes...good idea about the strength decreasing if both are on map. also, like even if they are across the map, u LOSE the ability to control them, and no matter how far, they run towards eachother to duel it out. And maybe strength bonuses and such on certain terrain?

hrm...yes the type of terrain and the hero.. good idea... The Heros planets stronger, while the others are at a disatvantage.. and the thing about how the Heros dual it out.. hrm.. if one killed ht eother wihich it would, that would give it terrible exp.. killing a hero unit and all.. making the the other heo MUCH stronger than it already is.

yeah you could do that, or you could simply have another credit source, gems ores, yadda yadda......

One problem - if you're going to be asking for a mod with these in, 90% of the ideas are completely impossible, due to the lack of necessary functions in the engine.

Make a note that you only can change the PARAMETERS, so the value of firepower, speed etc. But also graphics (not the models, for now)

So, no NEW things, that needs programming, and therefore the source code and therefore Impossible

Actually they aren't lazy, and they have a good reason to quit a game that didn't give them enough money. I don't blame them, :P

Anyways, on topic, I'm playing SC:BroodWar in the Photon or whatever compaign, first mission. You have to escort this hero "Zeratul" and his hp rules 400/400. Hero units have high stats because they are heros, duh. They aren't regular infantry, so why should their stats be.
