Yeah. I eat at macdonalds like three times a year max!

We don't eat too much fastfood here because it's so very expensive.

I live in Bergen, a fishcity deluxe(we have a big harbour here and it's full of fishboats). A cod in the market cost

"You can show a few bad apples as did I, but what you do not show is millions and millions and millions of graduates of private schools gaining a better life through their education and skills. I wonder why? "

look, Acriku. You are making a claim. Your claim is that students of private schools have lower academic achievement than public ones. do you have any data to back up this claim? just wondering.

It also sounds like you're just mad that maybe u don't have a great life or something Edric? u like to blame it on people that have money? lots of people EARN there money because they put forth the effort to make something out of themselves. Even a damn homeless person can do that~ all u gotta do is try. You depend on God to carry you through life, when in actuality(if u believe in God) he will guide/be with you not Carry your ass. You are the only one that can make a difference for yourself. you have good intentions, i know that. but all i see from you is talk, just talk... no actions. If u r THAT concerned maybe u should be doing something?

ok look I'm not jealous of rich people I have what I need and I've earned every damn nickle myself, from the day (almost) I turned 13 I started working and from then I bought my own stuff, my computers my bike, my cars etc from my own money.

But don't tell me there isn't a difference with beying born by a mom who's a drug addict and being born with a golden spoon up your ar.. uhm in your mouth. I could easely make millions if my dad was a rich man, it's a lot easier making a lot of money breed than to have to put money aside each month.

Shakespeare once said Nothing comes from doing nothing, well for some something comes from doing nothing.

private schools are the best way to go.

the last thing my child would ever do is be raised by the state.

in a private school i wont have to worry about secular dogma being shoved down my childs throat. and fancy this?? He/she could even PRAY IN SCHOOL or carry around a Bible wow.

Certainly says a thing or two about your nations education system. Our state doesn't shove propaganda up childrens throat, yours apparently does.

I never said it isnt harder for a poor person to make it than it is a RICH person, I said someone with money, not rich. Like my family. We have a decent home, a decent vehicle, we have clothes on our backs and food at the table. Of coarse its harder to make it if u dont have those basic living qualities! But it' possible. All im saying that it isnt impossible for anyone to make atleast a little out of themselves.

actully you dont have to buy them it costs 120 to rent them for the year meaning you dont get to keep them. and they wont let you atend unless you have it payed...

there are programs that let you pay over time....but still

Wrong. Schools will pay for students in certain situations Ive seen it with my own eyes... quit talking ot of your asses about schools in the united states. I dont know anything about the schools in Europe so why should i act like i know when i dont? I'd just look ignorant. There is a way for any US citizen to attend a school of some sort.

EDIT: IN *AMERICA*

Well I dont know what you guys do over there but i have seen with my very own eyes kids who were disadvantaged/retarded/homeless be accepted into school. They are in special programs. infact i know one kid who lives with one of the staff members now. Tax payers money covers all the expenses for school as long as ur under the age of 21.

i dont like how this thread got off track, so im closing it now.
