Because a number of people made threads that nothing to do with Diablo II, Blizzard, or Battle.net, they created a forum specificaly for that. The title is Off Topic Forum, usually shortened to OTF. et it now? Interestingly enough, at this moment(3/9 10:40 AM) there are only 6 more posts in the community forum than there are in the OTF. The OTF runs the gamut from silly to serious and from boringly normal to Outer Limits / Twilight Zone. Take a look some time. You WILL be surprised.
