That doesn't necessarily mean that VigilVirus hates Westwood, that only implies that he is unsure/doubtful that Westwood will ever release a patch for EBFD in the future, due to Westwood's apparent careless attitude towards the Dune fans etc, etc. :P

NETWORK STATUS:

HARDWARE TROUBLE

11/23/02 - We are experiencing a similar hardware failure as yesterday. The database used to register/log in players for Westwood Online is not operating correctly. This results in players receiving an error upon connecting to thier WOL-enabled game.

We're currently working on the problem, and will update you with an estimated repair time as soon as we have one. We will keep you advised of any further developments, and apologize for this inconvenience.

(Reminder: Renegade players may still use GameSpy to play Renegade Online!)

sheesh, newer games get all the buttering up until WW stops supporting them. but this goes for mostly all companies too.but last i heard, Max Payne is still supported even though it came out a month or so later than Emperor.

Ah, no, not again! Again with the assumption that we ALL are anti-Westwood. We do dislike Westwood, but not all of us got to that point.
