Wherever you upload your website to, upload the pictures as well. And then when you do that put in the code for the pictures <img src="http://www.secure.netfirms.com/pictures.jpg" height=## length=## alt="Hey this is my picture">

If the former, go to www.2ya.com and register your url to get something like www.goldeagle.2ya.com. That's where I got www.scumdog.2ya.com :)

Do a search for html tutorial and learn. I started out with a crappy website and over time I've learnt more and more. I can't just tell you how to make a website in a paragraph.

HTML is easy to learn if you want to learn, but if you have no desire, then don't. Use WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) tools, like the PageBuilder for geocities.

Yes, it's easy. In fact, the site I mentioned had some excellent tutorials, making it even easier :).
