On '68 spring had taken rule of CSSR (Czechoslovakia) reformists led by Alexander Dubcek. They tried to open country from western isolation, what angered Soviets. 26th August they've invaded CSSR with all our "allies" and after some months replaced Dubcek. Only new thing in Resistance is that war, because CSSR army stayed cool and out of action then...

hm, acctually I know enormously much about it, not to brag, but mostly people ask me when it something they want to know about russia or the soviet union.

Onto the topic, Flashpoint is a fun game on LAN! No lag, no cheating, and fun fun fun fun (especially when you shout to the room "Who is 117? I just shot your arse up!"). What do you mean by the first post?

The controls were sluggish as well (going up and down stairs was horrible) but other that it is hellagreat LAN game!

the expansion pack makes the graphics better

I don't remember the controls being sluggish at all.

Piloting a helicopter or a plane however, wasn't realistic at all (too easy).

In my opinion it's VERY GOOD.

Unless you want to pilot a plane. In that case, go buy a flight simulator.

Do you mean the look is good? Yes.

But not realistic at all. Try to get a game with helicopters or go fly a real helicopter. You 'll notice the difference (especially if you try the latter).

Well even games designed to simulate helicopter are not like like the real thing. You can imagine how unrealistic OP is.

Very Good game, graphics not bad, pretty realistic and can be hard very hard, one shot one kill

well, maybe hard for beginners, but I have had the game in one year so I think that tank battles is difficult, and man to man is easy as hell.
