Emperor ripped of plenty of the movie. In the Harkonnen cut scene where the mentat shows you a film about the Sardaukar, you notice that part has been cut from the movie.

yes I recognized that thing with the sardaukar fight too.

and in dune 2000, the uniforms were from the movie.

I doubt they used the same set in 2000/1 as they did in 1983/4... but yes, the intenton was to copy as much as possible from Lynch's Dune. The WW image was probably computer-generated to fit the first setting.

Yes WW's is just CG generated. If I remember correctly the only scenes that weren't built with CG backgrounds were some of the desert shots.

It is pretty cool when the mentat talks about the tleilaxu units. the computer animations there are excelent, and I am surly going to use it in my flash movie.
