Register for geocities and upload the flash file (fla or swf) and edit your index.html to this:

<body>

<br>
<a href="http://www.geocities.com/XXXXXX/flashfile.fla">Download the Flash File in FLA format!</a>

Then edit your signature to show your website

You don't need to have a frontpage, and it wouldn't take long, that's flash, small size.

But I suggest only uploading the swf file, if you don't want to give the 'source' free

so I don't need to make a whole new internett site? cos I already got one, but I can't upgrade it cos I don't have frontpage anymore

Very true, I tend to assume my connection is what everyone else has. And what service are you using to host your website? None that I know require frontpage, they usually have a simple html editor sort of like notepad.

I seriously reccommend using notepad - search the web for a basic HTML tutorial - the code alone tends to be about 20 times smaller if done by hand, not mentioning the savings on the graphics you might be misusing due to frontpage...

You finish it, I'l makea news ariticle on the main page for you,but I doubt we'l be able to hostit, especially with the Generations video's being hosted.
