Kwisatz Haderach 2 is... RELEASED!

Let the world tremble and the skies fall, for KWISATZ HADERACH 2 IS HERE!!! Yeee-hah! :)This is it, the mod you've all been waiting for, with a hype to match! ;) The unofficial Emperor expansion, the most ambitious mod ever, the one, the only, etc etc etc ;DWell, basically it's the new and improved version of a pioneering mod. It replaces House Atreides with Corrino (a whole new House, completely different from the old Atreides) and gives new units to the other 2 Houses. I think it is a very well balanced mod, but if you find any imbalances I'll easily fix them in a patch.Kwisatz Haderach 2 comes complete with superb new graphics by Nema Fakei. Every new unit and building has its own new textures.Also, the mod fixes some old Emperor problems. Non-spice maps are fair (at last) and you can finally be red in skirmish (you can't be pink, but who wants to be pink anyway? :) )There's also a new intro (well, the same as in KH1) and new music. But these will be a separate download, so people with slow connections don't have to get them if they don't want to. So here's KH2 (like I said, without the music and the intro):Download here

Damn..i found about2 bugs in it while playing ordos...ahh yes.

For the Ordos D-Turret you ONLY chaned the range indicator. But that only changed whut the range LOOKS like. You also have to change the D-Turret's turret maximum range and the D-Turret's RangeMask. I fergot whut the other bug was, but thats about it.

No, it's the other way around. When we made the D-turret's range smaller, we forgot about the range indicator... But then this is more of a graphical fluke than a bug...

It's great, the graphics are great. But what is the exact advantage of the smugglers (like Fremen = Stealth, Guild = Teleport)

And maybe you can give Corrino that upgrade veteran ability, otherwise they haven't anything.

The Smugglers... well, they're the only subhouse with AA, and their units do great damage against vehicles, but have light armor.

The Corrino already have a big advantage. Their Rescue Vehicle can repair both vehicles AND infantry.

I just want to know..and i'm not being a smart-ass or any thing..but some of those ideas like the wave tank, and the nerve gas guy, and a couple others were my ideas in earlier posts in Apollyon and I's mod...

If you didn't know i had come up these, i wouldn't care..but tell me if you got these from me, then i think i'd have sometihng to live for. lol

those units were made way before you even got here. They were in Kwisatz Haderach 1 and that was released early march i think. You got here in June I think.

We honestly didn't take any unit ideas from anyone else. But some things (like the D-gas trooper) are somewhat logical (an infantry version of an existing vehicle), so more people can easily get the same idea separately.
