When and wich ranks can you get on the Fed2k Discussion?

Can you answer and lock the topic?

Can i lock my own topics or must you be moderator/admin?

I think they were taken off. Look in your profile. It shows it.

Only Gob can. And he removed it because he was tired of people asking about when you did got upgraded in rank etc. (See the topic Message Board in general...)
