I have been blowing off steam on this site lately. just because I see a lot of unncessicary stuff I guess. one big one that I have to talk about is this smiley ::) I have not once used it and is demeaning, childish and not needed. It puts other people off just for their ideas. I think it is immature and is just like insulting. that ends my rant.

i like the  ::) and use it a lot of times

i do see your point about it being rude and childish if applied that way but i think its best used when you have one of those village idiots that spam everything or just wont shut up and hijack threads leading them to get closed, that way you can just  ::) their remarks/post and get back to topic at hand.

im sure many will  ::) this post ;D

also i like the  :-/  it reminds me of a *sigh* even thou its labled undecided
