Any way to remove the leech effect from Harkonnen/Ordos units?

That's why I use multiple snipers on 1 infected vehicle. The Mongoose is pretty effective at removing the leech larvae I have to admit, but it's not guaranteed to remove it with 1 shot all the time. Sometimes it has taken 2 shots, which is a fair bit of damage inflicted to the vehicle. :(

Yes you're right about that. USUALLY one shot will do. ::) But if I can take the leech larvae off as quickly and as painlessly as possible then I will do it like that, rather than go crazy and shoot the leech larvae off and half kill the unit. :P

Well here are what I'll use to shoot off leech larvae.

House Atreides: Snipers, Infantry, SAND BIKES.

House Harkonnen: BUZZSAWS

House Ordos: DUST SCOUTS, Laser Tanks (for Kobras), Chemical Troopers, Kobras, ORDOS APCs.

Note: The units in capital letters are the units that I have found to be most effective and the safest in shooting off leech larvae from units.

You've got to be crazy man. They do some mighty damage to your armored vehicle that got leeched. I'd say the most effective for removing eleches from units is Snipers, Flame-Troopers, and Chamical-Troopers.

Huh? No, as far I can know, it still does the same amount of damage. Ok how about this for an example:

You get one of your Atreides snipers. Shoot a Harkonnen light infantry unit. I bet he'll die from the shot.

Now get your sniper and shoot one of your own light infantry units. Do you think he'll take 50% damage? ::)

Ok, now this is once what happened, i ordered an Imperial Sardaukar Elite to attack my own Imperial Sardaukar Elite with a knife and one slice was actually far from enough to kill it !! ??? ??? So i though that might be the case. Also, a contaminator will take ages to kill your own infantry too !!

Yes, I actually found it quite unusual why the contaminator didn't turn one of my own infantry units into another contaminator when I ordered him to slap the infantry unit. I would have thought that the virus would still be passed on, but it seems the friendly units are immune to the special attacks of friendly units (e.g. leeches cannot leech friendly vehicles, contaminators cannot infect friendly infantry, infiltrators do not reveal friendly stealth units when they explode, etc.)

Self-repair? Except the Kobra, all the Ordos units are so fragile, as if they fall apart after a touch.....!!! They most likely to die during a battle and have not much chance to self-repair.

well, what ixianmace said....

Yeah, as long as you won't see that they some units have even more health (+ shield) then another unit what looks equal, you will never be able to state good arguements
