How is the percent of ExtraDamage calculated for each LEVEL? "Extra" compared to what???EDIT: btw what's up with your NIAB stats. You sure you posted that right? You are saying there is no diff between a LEVEL 2 and LEVEL 3 NIAB.

For some units more then others (Dev points > Scout points) When the number of point is > or = then that Veterancy level, then the unit gets promoted. You can see that those levels are lower defined with weak units then with strong units
