Guest Rlyeh Posted August 20, 2001 Share Posted August 20, 2001 How can one "Atreids" resist/win against Harkonnen using this tactic :MANY buzzsaws attack so they destroy / make diversion of many of your moongoosesTHEN, when all moongooses have been destroyed/divertedabout 5-10 gunships come and destroy your construction yard(s) + factoriesOne can't produce enough moongooses / rocket turrets to defend himself !!! Your Mongeese should be backed up by Minotauri and Kindjal firing from cover; toss in some sand bikes to draw fire (manage these right, and you might get the buzzsaws to turn away from your defense line to chase them, giving said line free shots). As for the gunships? More Mongeese and ISEs if you have 'em. Projector tanks are icing, especially if you can find that missile tank the Harkonnen player has lying around someplace...
