the mortar doesn't (I've tried it before), and a mino could take an inkvine any day.

Problem is that the mino can't hit the inkvine because of the range difference (Mino: 16, Ink: 20). And the mino is immobilised by walls, so you can't move it closer. And if the inkvines are defended, you can't send an effective strike team out, either.

Atriedes are the best defensive house.  I'm for air drones over the ADP (too slow) and the air mine (too suicidal).  And don't forget that the atreides also have the best turrets.

HArks have the best defenses ever. Sit 4 flamers around your con yard and you are indestructible. place gun turrets and flame turrets...they never miss!

Anyways, MG and R-turrets are better all around than flame and gunn turrets.  They have more range.

Why walls?

Have one layer of kindjals and mongooses, add a few snipers. Behind that add the minotaurus.

It should work...and if you didn't really care, add some sonic tanks to the front. Those things are overrused because they kill friendlies, but they are useful. Space out the units, because Death Hands and other area affect weapons will kill you if you group too tightly together.

True.  The death hand (or any superweapon) is a huge threat to that.

but remember to place fedaykin and warriors if u have them by the guarding mino's, because 3 fedaykin take out a mino at once. And ofcourse, AA protection. Every strategy has a counterstrategy..!

Dex can't ger Emp working on multiplayer, as I recall. Therefore, I'm not surprised that he hasn't tried them out. Besides which, do you wish to submit to us any strategies? (If so, do them in a new thread)
