okay the underdogz did have the full version but my fu***ing pc is not compatible with dos games so i have to copy 200mb+ to the other thing with 1200mb hdd

thought that The-underdogs used port 9090 for downloading, if you have a firewall that's blocking that port [ ar possibly another ] you could get that error message.

If port 9090 doesn' work it could also be your http-proxy port [ 8080 ], I forgot which one The-underdogs use for there downloads. But if you ave a firewall that is blocking those ports you might wan't to try downloading it without that block.
