youd probly find that a few other wol games do that.

try this: get emp killed again..then check your ip.

see if its changed itself.

tell your router to use bridging mode if you got 1(wol hates local ip's)

other strange things i've seen wol games do is usually on the client end of a shared internet setup.. try different drivers for your lan/net adapter.

if your using a router i'd assume your using the  lan cable to router setup? maybe try the usb, as it results in a different ip to connect to the router.maybe it'l help  gl

cybo same thing happens to me... if i complete a game of Emperor... i lose all internet connection and have to reboot.

There is ONE workaround........

You must not let the game complete itself normally.  You must alt-TAB out of the game or use a mod to cause an OOS (out of sync) ... then re-enter Emperor and all will be fine.  That is the ONLY way.  Trust me.  Just alt-TAB out when the game is almost over... then re-enter emp.  Dont let the game completely finish... if the game says "defeat" or "success" you've waited too long.
