I have perpetual sinus. Any challengers?

I have sinus too and some times I am only breathing through one nostril. This is a reason why I find it difficult to run and swim without dying out. I can complete a 2.4km run in the same time as some of my classmates while I breath much harder than they do yet our BMIs are quite the same and our builds are very similar.

I saw a specialist at a hospital when I was about ten years of age about this and he prescribed me some medicated nose spray and it did help but it was only a temporary reliever. He said I should have gone for an operation to correct the problem two years(when I was eight). Problem is that I DID NOT HAVE ANY SINUS PROBLEMS BACK THEN!

Picked up some sudafed. No medication though. oh well.

Have a slight cold and an ulcer at the left inner side of my mouth.

Had calss at 11:30 today.  Was up all night with a new symptom.

A rather unpleasant one.

I did not make it to class.

My dad has had a very bad cough for the past month and he keeps coughing all the time and his phlegm keeps coming. It is very sickening, disgusting and noisy as the coughing fit keeps coming almost every 2 minutes. He is a smoker in his early-mid 50s and has been smoking for almost 30 years now.
