What happened was all you did was delete crust of the pie. There should be install/uninstall features that came with the mods, and you should have executed the uninstallation file, because just deleting folders will not delete registries and .dll files. Those take up quite a bit of memory if you keep neglecting to fully uninstall files. You probably deleted the

But if you already deleted them, you can't remove them from the registry with the windows-registry cleaner. There is a program on the net, called RegCleanr. With that you can remove it. Sorry can't remember the url. But I can send it.

The mods shouldn't affect your registry at all. All they do is replace the data files of Dune 2000. If you didn't back up the old Dune 2000 files then you will have to re-install the game.

When you install something it comes in the registry. But you probably meant something else with that. Sorry my mistake  :-X :-[

Man much different than Rogue Spear mods, they change everything. Registry, files, .dll files, etc. Thanks for the clearing up Gob  :)

To uninstall a MOD:uninstall your Dune 2000!the mod is deleted!Don't delete your save games!unless you save with your mod. :othen install again and the mod will disappear! ;D

do the dune mods actually overwrite the game files, or do they add files that replace the original ones? if its the latter of the two you can just look in the zip your mod came in and delete the files that are listed from your directory
