So Canadians are going to the polls 30 days after Judge Gomery gives the results of the Sponsorship Scandal.

Phase 1 report Due november 31.

Final results December 15.

So Election in January 2006 unless minority government collapses.

Stephen Harper:

Taking pot shots at the liberals. Telling Paul to leave the country?

Says PM should not talk to the public about sponsorship scandal, but social issues.

Blames martin for holding election before the truth about sponsorship came up.

I still don't like Harper even after the liberals wasted 100 million dollars. He seems to have american views (private health care).

You give em hell Layton! Student debt blows! NDP doesn't like the budget. NDP is full of ideas. Why couldn't the NDP have enough elected parliamentarians to join forces with the Liberals. Gob broke my heart that night.

But really, PEI needs a new government, as they wasted 150 million dollars last year and are cutting 500+ jobs (for a 130 000 population for PEI). 10 points to whoever finds out how many public sector employees PEI employed in 2004 (as I cant find it).

No, it is a real comic book. Think they started to make some new ones a year ago. He was on the cover of my History Post Confederation booklets for a class too. I have no idea what he does or what his superpowers are.

Exactly. That is why I am afraid of Harper and he should not be PM.

If Harper got into power he would probably send us to whatever war America will be fighting before bush is ousted.

Why not invade America?  Most of our troops and heavy armor is overseas.  We couldn't stop a moderately armed army coming over the undefended border.

But many Americans have guns in their house. Hard to invade when every citizen can go to a store and buy a machinegun.

Canada will leak some info that terrorists are in Antartica and while USA sends in the army we will take over. :)

Dude wake up...

even if all of their forces leave the army we have would not be even enough to capture and hold minnesota ;D and even if it would be possible our home ground would be ransacked by rest of their forces as they can transport back very quickly. Plus what would you want to do after invading us? the people would eat you alive ( after making sonic booms and blah blah blah ). On the other hand you would give them the chance to conquer us and make settlements of their own here while totally annihilating us.

Polls give you some idea of what is going on but it is no where near accurate. Remember they were predicting conso 'majority' just before the election.

Liberal support according to several surveys has increased.

Or they make a pyramid of us as they so long desired and call it a draw, he he :D.
