Le Parkour aka Free-Running

Has anybody heard of this sport to some, way of life to others? I've been reading about it at THIS site and it is really interesting. Tomorrow I'll try some of the basic techniques, and see how it feels like.

I encourage everyone hear to look around the site and do a search on Google for this...sport for, at least, a bit of reading purposes. It's really quite interesting. :)

Nah there are loads of cool street runners, especially in France, but it doesn't work well over here, but that's probably just because we have rubbish buildings in britain.

I remember watching that programme over here on the news about those guys who jump over buildings...but yeah you're right there's nowhere in Britain to do that really.

Saw a video on the website, called Motion 1, and it rocks. They look pretty damn cool with their stunts.
