I do sometimes, but I can't pick everything up. Alas, my grammatical pogrom just can't keep up with the number of posts nowadays.

Mould is the noun for the fungus, and, colloqually, the earth, as well as the verb.

The Republic of Fed2k is a tiny, pleasant nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 5 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The small government juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Commerce. The average income tax rate is 8%. A large private sector is led by the Book Publishing industry, followed by Woodchip Exports and Gambling.

Crime is a problem, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Fed2k's national animal is the naked molerat and its currency is the bar-mark.

The Great House of Huahin is a massive, safe nation, renowned for its compulsory military service. Its compassionate, hard-working, cynical population of 1.784 billion are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Defence, although Law & Order and the Environment are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 100%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Information Technology industry.

Record sales of 'child-whacking sticks' have been recorded, the studies of art and philosophy are banned, senior citizens can usually be found doing heavy manual labour, and employers may fire workers without giving any reason. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Huahin's national animal is the newt, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the pound.

Huahin is ranked 2nd in the region and 6,549th in the world for Smartest Citizens.

The United Socialist States of Southern Caladan is a tiny, socially progressive nation, renowned for its burgeoning cow population. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 6 million are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whoever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

The enormous, corrupt, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Healthcare, Social Welfare, and Education. The average income tax rate is 34%, but much higher for the wealthy. A small private sector is dominated by the Door-to-door Insurance Sales industry.

Voting is voluntary. Crime is moderate, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Southern Caladan's national animal is the cow, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Atreides credit.

Southern Caladan is ranked 7th in the region and 37,464th in the world for Most Comprehensive Public Healthcare.

Left-wing Utopia.  What a surprise. ;)

The United Socialist States of Sorrelia

"Quod nesscent eos interficent"

UN Category: Liberal Democratic Socialists

World Benchmark

Location: The North Pacific

The United Socialist States of Sorrelia is a tiny, devout nation, remarkable for its strong anti-business politics. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 5 million love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Social Welfare, although Religion & Spirituality and Healthcare are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 69%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Trout Farming.

Crime is totally unknown. Sorrelia's national animal is the liquerice mongoose, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the sorren.

"nesscent" doesn't exist. Assuming you mean nesciunt, the motto reads: "Because they do not know, they will kill them." It's unclear which they apposes which.
