Ironically, the Delegation is not the UN Delegate, but they still serve as a useful inside agent for Draconis IV. I have two other nations as well, but only because there were problems resurrecting these two.

Buying foreign weapons?  That seems overkill to defend my tiny nation from foreign aggression, especially as Fenring has the ear of our Emperor on the Golden Lion Throne.  I would like to repeat my proposal to place a single nation with a strong military in charge of regional defence.
