I have a weird sound problem. This happen in Ghost Recon, GTA vc and Emperor. Sometimes I hear a strange sound, like some cable is maybe bad connected. I hear this "thing" when a strong and loud sound plays (like BOOMS!! ). But in the case of Emperor, the sound quality sudenlly get low drastically, as if I have bass and treble at minimun.

My sound card is Sound Blaster Live!  and a sub-woofer model C-6301 Commodore (I don`t know if you know "Commodore" brand) at full bass and treble.

I also have problem with the microphone volume. I don`t have a micro connected, but that backround sound disturbs me, so I must

I had the same problem with surround sub woofers,it's caused by feedback,if you play games just use your normal speakers or turn the bass right down, low frequencies often cause feedback.

Feedback is when part of an Amplified signal is fed back again in an Amplifier causing distortion and speakers to create a boom effect, with low frequencies you get boom and higher ones whistle, like when a singers mic is too near the speakers on a stage, and it whistles.

Most probably is what you said... but it didn`t sound like a singer feedback. And these problems were also when I used headphones.

With the driver, those problems were fixed.

Hey atomic, that feedback, does that happen with a mic or in the actual amp ? I am confused, because I can understand the min feedback (singer kind) but Procyon has no mic connected...
