bleak outlook?

Many arguments have been occuring for awhile now on fed2k, (of which I havent been at all helpful many times). Is this just a phase? has it always been happening? or is it a sign that things on good old fed2k are kinda dim? Not trying to be a bringer of bad news, and not trying to create more arguments so hopefully people wont do that here. I just am kinda worried. what do you guys think?

Everyone has arguments, it's part of life. Its good to vent sometimes which is why I let some posts last longer then I normally would.

More arguements have come up lately, and tension has been high. But hopefull everything will calm down. Im not one of those blame things all on Nav because it is cool, when I blame him for things I have good reason. But I really do think that Nav caused most of the recent arguements on the forum. He caused the majority of the problems. But now he is banned and I would put a good amount of money that things will calm down around here since he is gone.

Im hoping that everybody will relax and just get along. Thats how it should be......

I feel these arguments are for the most part beneficial to the growth of the community, bringing up old vendettas won't solve anything though and attacks on members for merely critisizing another are also negative, but hey since June 2001 to now I have see nthe boards grow immensly and the good significantly outweighs the bad.

It starts with one thing, which then gets bigger and bigger. It isn't a phase. It has happened in the past and it will happen again (it will also fade out again). The thing is, when an argument raises, people tend to insult others very quickly. With insults I mean name calling. Another is, that as soon as you're trying to bring up an argument for a friend, one immidiately gets told it's a master & slave relationship ::)

It's like Gob said, everyone has arguments and it's good to vent them.

I don't think you should be worried though, just consider it a way to identify those you can relate to...

yeah you guys are right, and arguements are actually good. Just when thy turn into all out knock down brawls is when it is bad.lol
