I downloaded PSP recently to try and make my own textures but everytime i do they come in in the wrong colours. E.G: I made one texture gold but when I looked at in the game it appeared purple.

How do I make textures in PSP? Don't you have to save it as a special type of TGA?

I think they have to be 32-bit... or maybe it was 24.

They do and yes, it's 24 bit. But then I don't think you have an option *not* to RLE compress it in PSP. Maybe you do in newer versions though.

All textures must have 24-bits compression indeed. Except for the House Crests, they are 32-bits (otherwise you won't get a transparent background)

But if you just copy all the original texture files, and edit those, and just use save, then you should have not to worry about what kind of compression it is. PSP will probably stick to the original compression type of the texture.
